| Return Policy
Velvet Box wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt, minus the shipping charges. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns that are not insured will be refused. Packages must be insured for the total value of the contents.
Return Authorization
Please follow the steps below when returning merchandise from Velvet Box:
1. Please email or call to obtain your RA#
2. Fill out the Returns and Exchanges form sent in original package.
3. Include merchandise and all original shipping materials in the package.
4. Please print your RA# on the outside of the box and mail to:

Note: VelvetBox.com also asks that return packages be insured with the mail carrier of your choice. Velvet Box will not accept returned packages with no insurance. VelvetBox.com is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while in route to our facility.
Once the return package is received and evaluated by a Velvet Box merchandise specialist, you will be notified or contacted in regards to your exchange or credit card refund.
Shipping:
After your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the following carriers. The carrier used depends on your order value and destination.
We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS. We are subject to UPS & FedEX standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Velvetbox.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.
